// THE HACKSPRINT PROTOCOLS

01. COMPETITION RULES

TEAM COMPOSITION

Teams must consist of 2 to 4 members. Inter-college teams are permitted. All members must be currently enrolled students.

FRESH CODE POLICY

All code must be written during the 36-hour event. Pre-built projects are not allowed. You may use open-source libraries and frameworks.

SUBMISSION

Projects must be hosted on a public repository (GitHub/GitLab). A working demo/prototype is required for the final pitch.

IP RIGHTS

The intellectual property of the project belongs to the team. However, Hacksprint reserves the right to showcase the projects.

02. JUDGING CRITERIA

INNOVATION

Uniqueness and creativity of the solution.

TECHNICALITY

Complexity and quality of code implementation.

FEASIBILITY

Real-world applicability and business potential.

DESIGN (UI/UX)

User experience and interface aesthetics.

PRESENTATION

Clarity and effectiveness of the final pitch.

03. CODE OF CONDUCT

Hacksprint is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone. We expect all participants to behave professionally and respectfully.

Be Respectful

Treat everyone with respect and dignity. Do not insult or put down other attendees.

No Harassment

Harassment includes offensive verbal comments, sexual images, intimidation, stalking, or unwelcome sexual attention.

Collaboration

Foster a collaborative environment. Share knowledge and help others when possible.

04. REPORTING

If you notice any violation of these rules or the code of conduct, please report it to the organizers immediately.
